As president of NYFAA, one of the leading independent advisory and appraisal firms of the fine and decorative arts in the country, Jason provides a tailored range of services focused on the valuation and care of the fine and decorative arts.  Among those for whom he has provided detailed valuations is the collection of art at Rockefeller Center in New York City.  He also serves regularly as an expert witness in frequently complex court cases involving division of property and valuations.

Mr. Rahm also lectures extensively to professional groups in related fields and has given talks to select staff members at Chubb Group, HUB International, Wells Fargo, and Frenkel & Co, among others.  Topics within his areas of expertise include authenticity, professional appraising, valuation methodology, the art market, art as an investment, collecting fine and decorative art, collection management, and the conservation of art and antiques.

In addition to his affiliations with the American Society of Appraisers and the Appraisers Association of America, Mr. Rahm has continued to attend courses on key aspects of professional valuation, including the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
